V3 Razr and Outlook 1 hour difference

Finally I managed to couple my Razr with the PC.

But there is 1 hour difference in time for all entries in the calendar.

In the PC I'm using Daylight Savings Time.
Maybe this is not the case in the phone.

How can I solve this problem?
I do not find any menu entry in the phone to change the time zone or to
activate daylight savings time.
