Why my wireless is asking validating identity?

al is always buffering but not connect .always no validating identity or limitted continuty. but my laptop alway connect on same location .i need best answer pls help

We need a question that makes sense , in one part of your question you say that your always buffering and not connecting and then in another part you say that the laptop always connect in the same location. So which is it does it connect or not connect ?
