Wifi connected but no wireless internet

Hello, I have a cisco(linksys) E4200v2 which my NIC card recognizes but am unable to connect to internet. cannot connect via cable as 6to4 adapter and ISATAP adapter will not start when cabled to router. I think it is a configuration problem but nothing I do helps. Cisco(India or whereever) was no help. please advise me.

Have you gone into the network adapter page on the computer to see if the adapters are enabled ?
Control panel > Network and Internet > Network and sharing center > change adapter settings
