Monitoring my Internet Usage?

Is there a means of identifying everything that's currently connected to my WiFi Network? For the most part there's nothing wrong with it, but something, things can take forever to load... And that's not just with a specific webpage. Is there something I can view or download in Windows that will show me all the devices currently connected to the Network?

EDIT: And more specifically, what Applications on my Computer are ACTIVELY using the Internet Connection..?

going into your routers ip adress inside a web browser(different for different users), you can see the people connected onto your network.

You won't be able to tell from your computer unless it has some sort of software that interfaces with your router. Like dudewitbow said, look at your router's configuration and settings. Most routers will show you IP assignments, MAC addresses of connected computers, bandwidth usage and data totals. Plus lots, lots more.
