Your question

Connection speed constantly dropping

January 28, 2013 4:29:30 PM

I'm having some issues with my internet speed. I have a laptop and a desktop. Laptop reads at 20 Megabits per second and the desktop an abysmal .5 megabits per second. This has happened only recently and my connection speed used to be about 40 to 50 Mbps on the first and 10-15 on the second.

The laptop is about four feet from the router and the desk top is 24-36 feet maybe. The desktop loses connection completely once in a while. The laptop is fine.
