Wireless USB Adapter Suddenly slow...

Hey guys, so the other day my

TP-Link TL-WDN3200 Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter

started functioning really slowly. I'm confused why one day it was fine, and the next the speeds went down dramatically. My wired internet connection is fine, any other device that uses the wireless behaves normally. I'm on channel 1 so I'm pretty sure there are no interrupting signals; maybe it's a fault with the USB? If so, what and why?

Thanks =).

More about wireless adapter suddenly slow
  1. You should try changing the channel. 1,6,9 and 11 are some that you could try.

    I am on channel 1. I think it may be the USB's problem.
  3. If that is the only wireless device that is being slow it's more than likely that adapter. I would suggest uninstalling it and reinstalling. If you are still experiencing the same slow connection speed you could test it in another computer to verify the usb adapter as the problem.
