I recently purchased a Verizon Mobile Office Kit for my V60s. However,
the cable it came with (a SKN6311B) does not work. I never get the New
Hard Found Wizard when I connect the phone (although the phone does
beep). A co-worker has a different cable (an AAKN4011A) and this one
does work. Do I simply have the wrong cable or do I need to do
something different to make the SKN6311B work?

i have a v60s motorola usb cable and it works fine.
