I cannot seems to find away to install java games onto my v220 w/o
installing three different programs on my PC. There must be a less invasive
way. The manual tells me to enable Java Apps in the settings, however this
option is missing. I found a "solution" online, however it still involves
installing extra programs. Thanks.

Unless you have Bluetooth phone you're stuck with the process you found.
With Bluetooth games can be loaded directly.

You can use 3 programs that are "stand alone" meaning you do not have to
install them.
p2kman to download and upload your 0032_0001 seem.
seemplayer to edit your 0032_0001 seem and check the box that says java app
loader
and midway to send the games to your cell.
Or you can use p2ktools as Destrux mentioned, I believe that is a stand
alone program as well.
