Fraps, the framerate counting software, can capture video of games but you need a lot of disk space, a lot. I just tried about 20 seconds of Q3 at 640x480 (the recommended resolution for Fraps video capture), 20 fps, and it used up 175MB of disk space. High resolution and framerates will use at a faster rate. Probably you only need 25 fps. Remember, this is video not a game.
Fraps' video capture doesn't work well with Windows 98SE, so I could only capture 640x480. The notes say it works best with Windows XP. Don't know what the maximum resolution is but give it a try.
