I have a Compaq computer (P133 MHz) with 16 mb RAM. They are: 8 MB in the motherboard and 2 memories modules of 4 mb each one (EDO SIMM model). Can I add more 2 EDO SIMM modules of 8 MB each one or need to be the same size of memories?

Good guys!!!

You can add whatever you like. You should be able to use larger capacity modules... 16MB ,32MB ,64MB if you have them.

Yes, just mount them in pairs. You could mount a pair of 16's or 32's for that matter. Oh, I should probably meantion that some Compaq's used BUFFERED EDO, the buffered stuff looks weird because it has a funny looking chip in the center. If you have buffered EDO, I have a couple sticks here for you.
