Upgraded switch and now staf cannot access emails on phone

We upgraded our switch to a gigabit netgear switch last night, everything seemed to be working fine but this morning all of the staff have complained that they cannot access their emails on their phones. We also have a website that allows people to log in to work remotely and this has also stopped working. Any idea what the problem could be?

You link to a managed 24 port gigabit switch. Specifically Netgear GSM7328FS ProSafe 24-Port. You left out a TON of information in your request. Specifically what is the configuration of the old switch, and what is the configuration of the new switch? We would need to compare those to see what the issue is...
