i dont know what happen to my computer it pisses me off

If by 'reset the clock' you mean the date/time also reverted to the past, your CMOS battery needs replaced.

yes my cousin replaced CMOS and what should i do ?? because when you reboot my computer it automatically reset date / time

Control Panel > Date & Time > Set it to correct values. While you are at it, Regional settings; set them correctly, if needed.

Check your BIOS settings (F2 at power on) and see if there are option to set to use USB keyboard and mouse vs PS/2.
