so I bought a wireless adapter (Linksys WMP600Nk) and its acting kind of funny...when I start my computer it sometimes connects to the network right away but other times it doesn't and I have to connect to it manually (even though I have it set to auto) and then on top of that when I use wired the MB has no problem with remembering the time but when I use the wireless adapter it cant keep the time...

anyone have any idea what's causing this?

OS: Windows 8
MB: sabertooth 990fx
CPU: AMD fx-8150
PSU: Rosewill Green Series RG630-S12 630W
ram: F3-1866C10Q-32GSR
adapter: Linksys WMP600Nk
graphics: MSI R7770-PMD1GD5

I would go into the routers internal settings and make sure that the mac address of the adapter is listed in the page where there is a list of the devices that are connected to the router. Also you could try a different channel and if it's dual band try the other band.
