Has anyone managed to do this? The software (v3.11h) does not have an
option to do it, even though it says it does, and none of the methods on
their website work.

I'm not putting all these contacts in manually so if I can't get this to
work soon it's going back and I'll go back to Nokia

Step one would be to run live update. MPT is up to 3.25b now.

If you have Mobile Phone Tools, Live Update is on the disc and loaded as
part of the installation program.

Found it eventually, though the software updated to 3.19b. Turns out that
you have to pay extra for a program to sync with Outlook (provided as
standard by the manufacturers of my last 3 phones). The phone doesn't have
enough in it's favour to make paying the extra worth it so it went back to
the shop today and I won't go near Motorola again. Good enough for Yanks
but not us!

Mine syncs with outlook - don't know why yours won't.

You need the full version ($$$) of Mobile Phone Tools to get the Outlook
synchronization.

$39.90 USD.
