disabling a7n8x DX on-board audio???

I can't find how to disable the on-board audio for
my board.

Any Help?

Did you check BIOS.

in the BIOS, probably under onboard/integrated devices

is it summer already ??? oh, its just the heat haze coming off my PC...

well it's deffinetly there, cause i've seen it.. it's under the Main Bios... you will see a load of thing.. saying disable, enabled.. and somewhere down the list (big list) you will see On-Board Sound = just select to Disable.
