How do i connect to neighbor internet

how can i receive the Internet of my neighbors interned with a wireless router and how far will it Carry?

Assuming he is allowing this.

You would need a special router to do this. Option 1 is to run the router as a bridge/client mode. This will connect to the wireless and give you ethernet to connect your devices to. Option 2 is to get a router that can act as a repeater. This will connect via wireless and retransmit the signal.

Option 1 is much more likely to make work and if you need wireless put connect another router behind the one acting as a bridge.

It won't go real far if you keep all the equipment indoors. All depends how well the walls of your house block signal, no way to tell without trying it. If you use outdoor equipment pretty much if you can see his house clearly you likely can make it work.
