Fall out 3 installer

Hello,
im steve from the Philippines, i just copy paste the game , i got it from my friends PC , and the fallout launcher doesnt have the option menu its not avialable the only ting can be seen or click is the INSTALL and tech support.. when i click the install it says fallout 3 does not appear to be installed installer could not be found! please help...

Meh, debatable. Doesn't hold a candle to the first two games. There were actually hard choices to be made, and almost everything fell into a gray area of right or wrong. Fallout 3 divides everything very clearly into good and evil, not to mention butchering one of the all time best turn based strategy franchises into a goddamn first person shooter.
