Autorun.inf virus

Hi guys, just got the Autorun.inf virus on our network servers I know you have to delete the autorun.inf we have something that needs to still have autorun.inf on does it automatically give a fresh one? not to sure its A bit confusing!!! thanks!!

are you sure it is a virus or is it a false positive that occurred after a virus definition update?

once you delete the file it is gone and is not reproduced.

can you edit the autorun.inf and take out the code that starts the virus?

do you have a back-up copy of the autorun.inf?

we've sorted it, it was a virus but thank you for your reply anyways!
