I don't want to log out I want the menu that comes up when u press control ALt and delete that allows me to lock the computer!
  3. start menu, control panel, then user accounts, then "change the way users log on", then deselect the welcome screen. and thats it.
  4. It might look like it, but when you click on your name and type your password, you'll see that everything's is just the way you left it.
