Hi:

My wife's voicemail is asking her to enter her code each time she tries to
get her messages. Any idea why this is suddenly doing this and more
importantly how can I fix it?

Thanks.

Bob

Eh? I always get asked for my password when using voicemail. Did you have
the voicemail number set with pauses then the password before? If so just
try adding another pause to the number, could be voicemail is just taking
longer to answer now.

Way back when, in the late 1990s, when you dialed voicemail directly
(*86), you went directly to the prompt for your password. Then at some
point, it changed so you got the voicemail announcement and had to press
the pound key to get the prompt.

Now it's back to the direct announcement.

you acn set your phone to automatically dial you pin with p's and such. This
is in the manual somewhere.
