using gsoap lib in palm application

hello everyone

i am making a palm application using codewarrior 9.0 that tries to
connect with the soap server by using gsoap library.

i am unable to connect to the server.
i am using the simulator to test the applcation.

does anyone know about the settings that i will have to do for testing
on simulator as well as on palm.

if anyone can give the example program to use the gsoap.
