Default password for tropos metromesh 5320

I have a tropos access point 5320 from factory but whenever i tried to enter password it denies,

the username and password I tried is username: admin and password tropos or password

On most devices with passwords the password is always case sensitive so if your looking at your user manual or the web page for the router make sure that the P of password is not caps. If your entering the word in all lower case the try the P in caps.

You will need to contact support@tropos.com for this. They will need the serial number and MAC address of the unit and your contact info.
