Ipv6 connectivity no internet

Hello, My land line developed a fault on 19th December and I am still without telephone and broadband. I occasionally am able to connect to BTOPENZONE. I have 2 dongles BT (REALLY SLOW ) and 3 which is excellent. Is the fact the IPV4 shows internet but IpV6 shows none...can u help?
