Just curious, but what is a quick way to groud yourself in order to work on a box? Thanks.

just touch the bare metal with the computer plugged in.

my computer is so fast, it completes an endless loop in less than 4 seconds!

I always touch the CV pipes when I want to become unstatic because they're grounded at our house.
But as Jihiggs said you can also leave your power cord connected with a grounded socket.

My dual-PSU PC is so powerfull that the neighbourhood dimms when I turn it on
