Best 3D for around $100

I keep up with the current cards, but I want to throw a decent 3D card in my Girlfriends machine for when I use it once and a while.... but am not gonna spend big bucks on her machine.

Today, what is the best 3D only for around $100 (don't care about TV out or anything) from ATI and Nvidia so I can research them both and decide. Also, 2D quality is very important, as she designs web pages and is a programmer from home.

Just checked on PriceWatch, you can get a Radeon 9000 128 MB ram for $100...should be good enough for what you're doing

Also pretty much any AGP card will work fine for any 2D thing, they aren't demanding. If web design (and especially programming) is going slow, chances are its the processor/ram thats limiting it, not the video card.

A little more, but I just bought an MSI GeForce 4 Ti4200 64mb for about $115. It's been great.
