Windows 7 problem

Hello, I have a brand new PC built up. Until yesterday, windows 7 booted just fine, but today I tried to boot it so I was stuck with black screen. So I restarted my computer and went to BIOS setting and pressed the booting for my hard drive, then it boots the Windows 7. I do not want to go to BIOS and have to start my window all the time. How can I make it turn on without going to BIOS setting?

When leaving Bios settings, make sure you SAVE AND EXIT...
