Prinetr configaration

in my company have two types of network connection ( 192.168.20.xxx and 192.168.10.xxx) . and we have one printer . we connected to one router . And router connected to switch . But i can not take print from both connection . I could able to take print form only one connection . I want information about how will be configure two network on one printer
