My pc doesnt opens exe files

+1 -- Then also be sure to run a full Virus scan as normally this is caused by a virus that does not want you running any anti virus programs to get rid of it !!!

where is the file saved to that you are trying to open when you get this error?

also if you know how to use cmd try and open the .exe file through cmd
