Connect a windows 7 "domain" computer to a home workgroup

Hello,
I am using a (Windows 7 OS) machine from work (that has a domain name set) at home and want to connect it to my home's workgroup so that I can access files on two other computers currently in the workgroup: one running windows 7 the other xp.

Change the workgroup name to match the domain name, or, just use IP addresses instead of names to connect.
