How would I get rid of some items in the Start Menu -> Find. I have two (Computer...) items in there, one with the computer icon and one with the unknown icon. When I click on the one with the computer icon, the find dialog comes up while clicking on the other does nothing.

 :frown:        - What do you want to feel today? :)

How 'bout a free, simple tweaking tool like <A HREF="http://www.microsoft.com/ntworkstation/downloads/PowerToys/Networking/NTTweakUI.asp" target="_new">TweakUI</A>? You could use it to delete the items in the Find history.

Thanks anyway toey.

I found the solution. Its in the registry entry at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\explorer\FindExtensions\Static.

I wasn't talking about the history, just items in the Start Menu Find folder.
