Help with TV out please

I just bought a Radeon 7500 brand new in the box and I hooked every thing up to it and it runs fine except When I run Video Files On My computer it desnt show the file on my TV. I am Using S-video to connect to the tv.

Please help.

1GB Ram
40 GB hd + 10 GB hd

If you installed the included drivers, right click on your desktop and select properties. Go to settings-> advance-> displays. you'll see a bunch of selections. There is a picture of the montior and a picture of the tv. There is two green boxes next to each of them. One has a something that looks like a circle, one looks like two squares on top of each other. If you want the movie to show on the tv, click the square button thats on the monitor, and click the circle button on the tv. That should work.
