Samsung DDR Question

Hi, I have samsung pc2700 ddr, which is cas2.5, but i heard it can easily be set to cas2.0, with no side effects to the ram....
How do i set it to cas2.0 on my A7N8X?

I currently have two sticks of 256MB Samsung DDR333 CL 2.5 running at 2-3-3-6 at 149Mhz FSB with no ill effects, however any more aggresive and I can't make post BTW I play lots of the latest games. Make sure you know how to clear your CMOS before doing any ram timing adjustments.

I don't have the manual....and for editing the timings, i don't need heatsinks on my RAM do i?
