I have mtiple devices that apparently seem to be on a mysterious network. I have no administrative privlidges and I have found unauthorized vpn connections hidden on my mobile device.. how can I remove my device from this network?

I would contact your cell phone provider and have thier support personel help you os go to your call companies nearest store and get help there. As far as your network it appears that you have been hacked and someone else has taken over your network. What you can do is to store all of your personal files on an external hard drive and reinastall Windows and set up a new new network and make sure that your Windows firewall is on and you have a good internet secuity program and not just an antivirus program. You may have to disconnect your modem to do all this so that the mysterious network will not be controlling your computer.
