Photo sharing through Apple TV

Hello,
am not able to view photos from my windows 7 pc through Apple TV on the television. I get the message that it can't load photos from my "library". I am trying to do this through Itunes. Nobody at Apple is giving me an answer. They said to have D-link open up ceertain ports and I did taht

Have you enabled file sharing on your computer ? With specificaly the photo library being enabled.

Yes I have done that. It used to work fine but for some reason it no longer does so.Thanks anyway for your respone
