Simple RAID questions

Hello,

I have few simple questions. I have a RAID 0 array with a lot of important data. What will be if I take out it from controller and after some time I put it in. Will controller remember configuration ? Where are stored data about configuration ? In controller, drives or both ?

The configuration data are stored in onboard bios of the controller. So as long as you don't change the raid bios settings, it will remember your array.
