PSU dead???

I try to clean my old computer(super old PII 300mhz) and i did the can air thing on the psu but still can get the dust out and inside looks very very very dirty. Then i got lazy and just left the computer near the window for like a week. And then when i start the computer it didnt turn on. What is wrong is my psu dead or something?

Well you can try to find out of there is any voltage on the rails with a multimeter. And check if the power switch cable isn't damaged.

My dual-PSU PC is so powerfull that the neighbourhood dimms when I turn it on :eek:
