Help please,I like this writer I have,but one problem I cannot sort out.I can write at any speed upto 12X,but am only getting the option of rewriting speed of 2X.I use latest version of Easy CD Creator and Windows XP.The CDRW media disc is a Traxdata Silver PT NO CDRW074.It says it has phase change mettalic Azo dye recording layer for 1X,2X,4X,6X speeds.
Is it the media I am using or is it some settings for drive,i also have installed the latest firmware.
If it is the media can anyone suggest some that work at CDrewrite speeds upto 10X

In order to achieve a CDrewrite speed of 10x, you need to use high speed CD-RW discs, ie. discs with the "High Speed CD ReWritable" logo or something like "10x or above" label.
