My audio drive has been deleted from laptop how do i get it back ?

drive= a storage device
driver= software that allows hardware to work properly
If it is a driver, then go to the manufacturer's website, find the support page for your laptop, and then install the apropriate driver.
If it is a drive, then it may be a bit more complicated.
Things that would help us help you:
1) Make, model, and OS on the computer
2) What was happening when the problem first started
3) Check all of your wires and connections to be sure that both power and signal cables are prperly plugged in.
4) Check volume settings on the device, as well as windows volume manager
