Cable Modem Issue

Hi,
I have internet service through Time Warner cable. We have a cable modem (RCA DCM425) attached to a wireless router (Netgear WNDR3700).
We have 4 internet radios, 2 laptops, an ipad, and an ipod touch that all connected just fine a while back (like, 6 months ago?) , but now the connection drops all the time. It is particularly frustrating with the internet radio broadcasts.
We replaced the previous router, and that seemed to help somewhat. But I do notice the cable modem going into a mode where all the lights flash in unison, and all wireless connectivity stops. I have attached one of the laptops via ethernet, and that does not seem to help a whole lot.
I found recently that I could log into the modem, and an eventlog page. I think if I could read this, I'd know what to do, or know what to complain about to Timewarner so that they don't annoy me with questions about my wireless router.

Can anyone tell me what the messages mean?

I assume this is the cable company's modem. If so, you should run it by them, ask if this is normal. In fact, I'm sure they can see the same log as you.
