Wifi connection through ics

Hello, i ve connected my android device to internet through the internet connection sharing feature in my win 7. so my laptop works as a reuter. i get good connection for sometime n then the connection drops. android scans for wifi but thers no signal at all. n nothing changes on my laptop.

If you have a wireless router then you can connect your Android phone to the router and you won't have to use the ICS feature of the laptop.

I have face similar issue while I'm downloading large files via WiFi connection. I use ADSL router, I can exchange large files with in my home network, but if i download files over the WiFi in the internet, my connection drop. But my connection automatically reconnect after the connection lost. Most of the time I lost only the internet connection.
