Compatibility of Sound Blaster PCI 128 with...?

Can anyone tell me if the Creative Labs Sound Blaster PCI 128 sound card should work with an Asus A7S333 (Sis 745 chipset) motherboard, an Athlon XP CPU, and Windows XP?

It should, but it's such a poor sound solution (I know from experience) you might want to just use the onboard audio.
