RAM Recomendations?

I am STILL building my computer, and I will be getting more RAM.

It has:

ANTEC True 430 power supply
ASUS A7V8X mobo
AMD Athlon XP 2400+ (soon)
ATI Rage 128 Pro 32MB vid car
Sound Blaster Live! 5.1

I have a 512MB stick of PC2700 DDR333 RAM, but I don't know what brand it is, so I may just get some new stuff. The mobo will support 2 sticks of DDR333. Should I go with 2 512MB sticks, or does anyone make a 1 gig stick?
