Hello,

Ive just purchased a Kindle Hd Fire but when I try to connect it to my netgear its saying authentication failed on my old password what do i do next?

You need to go to any computer that is currently connected to your network and go to the control panel and select Network and Internet , then next select Homegroup , then next select view and print the homegroup password, the next page will have the password.
If this doesn't work and depending on how many devices you have on youre network you can redo the network and make a new password , which you would then have to re-enter into all the other devices that are on your network.
