Netstat -anob is not working

Hi, i always use in CMD "netstat -anob" to check all programs and ip s and ports and pid, but only one of my systems , windows 7, does not perform above order recently.
It gives bellow message:
" the requested operation requires elevation"


Can you help me??

I think it must be for a hidden rootkit or backdoors .

I appreciate all recomendations.

Open the command prompt by right clicking on the command prompt icon and select "Run as Administrator
