CanoScan 9900F, drivers and Vuescan

Hello,
Vuescan tells me my scanner isn't connected. Windows tells me there's a driver problem. The compatibility centre says the scanner isn't compatible with Windows 7. I can see others have the same problem, but has anyone cracked it?

It is what it is, not compatible with Win7 - But, if it was compatible with Vista, those drivers "may" work in Win7. If the MFG site doesn't have either, then it is time to upgrade to another scanner.
