I think I have it. I can't get it to work the way I normally use a
dialup connection which is to go to Connections and try to use it.
That way Windows complains about a hardware error.
However, when I go into the Bluetooth Places and click on the phone,
there's an icon for DialUp networking. I click on that and it asks for
the password (I guess I can hardcode that it in, I thought that I had)
and then I'm connected at 115kbs. I think it should be faster no? But
it works for email although very slow for Remote Desktop or browsing.
