I don't seem to be able to download anything

I can't download anything on my computer with windows 7, at first it started out with iTunes not working so then I tried to find out what was wrong and I tried re downloading it but whenever I finish downloading the setup it won't show up on my downloads list, nothing is actually

try using a different web browser to see if it does the same thing

though you may need to download it to another pc and transfer it to install one
