They ran out of bandwidth and couldn't afford to stay up. There was a long
thread about it on the www.elderscrolls.com forums. Apparently, they're
trying to put together a new site, but no word on when it will be up again.
I'm currently hosting my mods on
http://www.rpgplanet.com/morrowind/modcontrols/mods.asp,
http://www.elricm.com/index.htm, and www.ufrealms.net, though UFRealms has
been having their own problems lately.
