Go to crucial.com and follow the directions on what is best for you motherboard/computer brand. They have all the brands available and make it very easy to choose what to buy. My old computer only takes pc-66 but it works with 100 or 133 but should get no more performance with 133 than 66.
Just find the stuff that they recommend and you should be fine

I recommend getting one PC133 256MB Cas2 stick from crucial. That way you'll have fast memory of the proper density for your chipset and the oportunity to reuse that memory in a system that needs PC133 (or upgrade to a 133MHz bus CPU if you're board supports it).
