Hello,

User is unable to login to the system which is a domain computer. Error message " Currently there are no logon servers available". this message occurs when not connected to the network.
As per my understanding the password is cached, but doesn't take effect in this scenario.

You need to find out the name of the computer then put in the username (computername\your username) and enter your password
This will then log you on to your local computer

Also the user name may be too long. I work on a domain environment similar to the issue. If their user name is greater than 20 characters, they must use the first 20 characters of that user name to login, when off the domain network, if the profile is cached on the machine. This is a limitation of Windows 7 local accounts and the way it stores those cached profiles.
